I couldn’t recommend Sharon’s classes enough. She is an amazing teacher combining her incredible experience and knowledge in midwifery and hypnobirthing into relaxing weekly yoga classes that allow your body and mind to prepare for any type of birth. It’s also been a great way to start chatting to fellow mums to be as Sharon likes to encourage at the start of every class for everyone to share updates on their pregnancy journey - creating a lovely safe space where you can easily connect and relate to other women’s experiences.

I cannot recommend Sharon’s yoga classes enough, I started when I was 14 weeks pregnant and I’m now nearing the end of my pregnancy and I’m going to really miss the weekly relaxation Sharon is a walking encyclopaedia of all things pregnancy, labour and hypnobirthing! Not only does she offer a wonderful yoga class each week but also shares really interesting information to help us through our pregnancy and birth of our babies! The classes are a wonderful safe space to fully relax and ease out the aches and pains physically and mentally that come alongside being pregnant. I’m so glad I found Sharon when I did, this pregnancy and my preparation for the upcoming birth would not have been the same without her help. Thank you Sharon!! Xxx

Cannot recommend this class more. Sharon's yoga is so calming and relaxing. It's great birth preparation both physically and mentally and really enjoyed having some me time away from toddler and crazy life just to slow down and do something for myself! Thanks Sharon!

Sharon’s classes have been a highlight of my week. Every week we try something new but also come back to some familiar practice which feels very grounding.
Sharon includes some useful visualisation and there is always focus on breathing techniques.
I always end the class feeling really relaxed (sometimes a bit too relaxed !) and positive about labour and birth.

I took some pregnancy yoga classes with Sharon whilst I was pregnant with my little one, she was fantastic, completely put me at ease and adapted anything to my specific pregnancy symptoms that I was enduring at the time.
I’d never done any yoga previously but used some of the poses I learnt at home to relax and try to open my hips to encourage baby to move downwards! I can highly recommend
